Abstract

The discussion in this research revolves around an important topic related to one of the aspects of dealing, which the honorable Sharia has given great attention through the texts of its courts and general rules. Which in turn necessitated the introduction of types of contracts and transactions that were not usual before and needed clarification of the Sharia’s position on them.

Among these new transactions is the subject of dealing in shares and bonds - the subject of this research - in which the limits of shares and bonds and the permissibility of selling each of them were clarified, and the legal rulings for each of their types were clarified. Write through the sayings of the Imami jurists with the statement of the chosen one in this transaction. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach in depicting jurisprudential issues and analyzing the sayings of the jurists and their evidence on the topics under study. The researcher reached several conclusions within the conclusion of the research.
