Aim and Scope

The Journal of Jurisprudence Faculty aims to provide equal opportunities for all researchers, as it accepts scientific research based on its scientific content and originality. The Journal believes that adherence to professional publishing ethics is of utmost importance that researchers and reviewers must take into account to achieve the journal’s goals and visions.

The following is the journal’s statement of scientific publishing ethics, which includes ethical regulations and regulations for the editor-in-chief, members of the editorial board, reviewers, and researchers, and is also consistent with the principles of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE):

* The editor-in-chief follows up and initially evaluates the research, and considers its suitability for publication, or withdraws from publication, before sending it to the arbitrators.

* The editor-in-chief of the magazine, in cooperation with the editorial board and specialists outside the editorial board, is responsible for selecting appropriate arbitrators according to the subject of the research, and the arbitrator’s jurisdiction is kept in complete confidentiality.

* In light of the reports of referees and experts, the magazine provides technical, methodological and information support services to researchers to the extent required by the research and serving its quality.

* Commitment not to discriminate between researchers on the basis of race, sex, gender, religious or value belief, or any other form of discrimination, other than adherence to the rules and methodology of research and scientific thinking skills in presenting, discussing and analyzing ideas, trends and topics.

* The journal is committed to not using any of its board members or arbitrators from using unpublished research ideas contained in the research referred to the journal in their own research.

* Researchers pledge to the originality of their research and its fulfillment of professional, ethical and scientific standards, and the resulting high credibility in presenting the results without any change or distortion. To the truth.
