The present study deals with the images of the verbal sentence in terms of the same form of past tense in reference to four poets, Saaliq, namely Urwah ibn al-Ward and al-Shanfari, Ta'bat Sharra, and al-Salik ibn al-Salika. The analysis explores various syntactic functions and messages as reflected in by multiple images which highly contribute to revolutionize the semantic and aesthetic values occurred in each verse
