This study discussed three central issues in grammatical thought: the unspoken, what is denied to the grammars and is fixed in the Qur 'an, and what is described as weakness in the scale of measurement. the problem of the research stems from hypothesis that some grammarians set restriction and rules through which they denied the existence of certain methods, or weakened them because they were not consistent in the words of the Arabs, while the holy Quran mentioned them at the height of the statement, which requirds reconsidering the criteria of (weakness) and (grammatical existence).
