Abstract

Objective: The present study was disigned to invistigate the effect of plasmin-plasminogen system variable which is plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) on the occurrence of the development of malignant and benign tumors. In addition to illustrate the oxidative stress effect on the malignant and benign tumors occuring and complication progress. Which involving Glutathione Peroxidase (GPx) and Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2. On the other hand, current study amied to nominate the most suitable variant as an effective tumor marker
