بعض محددات التلوث في مياه الصرف الصحي لمستشفيات النجف الأشراف
Abstract
تطرح المؤسسات الصحية يوميا كميات كبيرة من الملوثات يفترض أن تدفع الى وحدات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي الخاصة بالمستشفيات ولكن بعض المستشفيات تهمل صيانة وحدات المعالجة فيها وبعضها الآخر لاتمتلك وحدات معالجة ممايدفعها الى تصريف مياهها الثقيلة الى شبكة المجاري الرئيسة لتصل الى محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي الرئيسة في المدينة وهي غير مصممة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي للمستشفيات ممايسبب مشاكل كثيرة تؤدي في النهاية الى زيادة محددات التلوث المطروحه الى النهر. وقد تم إختيار المستشفيات الرئيسية الثلاث في مدينة النجف وهي مستشفى الصدر التعليمي ومستشفى الحكيم العام ومستشفى الزهراء العام كمواقع لدراسة محددات التلوث التي تدفعها الى الشبكة الرئيسة حيث تم دراسة كل من الإحتياج الحيوي للاوكسجين( BOD )والإحتياج الكيمياوي للاوكسجين (COD )والموادالعالقه الذائبه(TSS )وتراكيز كل من الكبريتات والنترات والنتريت والامونيا والكلوريدات والزيوت والشحوم خلال الفتره من 1/1/2008 لغاية 31/12/2008. وقد لاحظت الدراسة إرتفاع محددات التلوث بشكل أعلى مما تسمح به المواصفات العراقية لمياه الصرف الصحي
