التقدير الطيفي للبنزوكائين باستخدام قاعدة شف

Abstract

تضمن البحث طريقة طيفية  بسيطة وحساسة ودقيقة لتقدير كميات متناهية الصغر من البنزوكائين بشكله النقي وفي مستحضراته الصيدلانية. تعتمد الطريقة على تفاعل البنزوكائين مع بارا ثنائي مثيل امينوابنزالديهايد في حامض الخليك الثلجي لتكوين صبغة ذات لون اصفر تعطي اعلى شدة امتصاص لها عند الطول الموجي 411 نانوميتر وكانت حدود التقدير وفق قانون بير 0.1 - 6 مايكروغرام.مل1-. وكانت الامتصاصية المولارية 4.8510 × 104 لتر.مول-1.سم-1 ودلالة ساندل 10-3 ×3.3مايكروغرام.سم-2 وتراوح الخطأ النسبي بين 2.0- و1.20+% والانحراف القياسي  ± 2.95 و±4.37%. تمّ تطبيق هذه الطريقة بنجاح لتقدير البنزوكائين في المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
