Abstract

The Information System of Human Resources Regarded as an important element for the Implementation dictions of the stat ,weather in its formation ,the structure of it s entity , its political system and it s governmental instruments . The Information System of Human Resources cannot act without determined strategy, So they intend to work hard to formulate a railed strategy that make them able to determine its directions to general issues.
The Study aimed to solve the problem through the following question:
1- What are the levels o The Information System of Human Resources and Implementation Strategic dictions in the Oil ministry?
2- What are the relationship between the Information System of Human Resources and the stages of Implementation Strategic dictions in the Oil ministry?
3- what is the influence of the Information System of Human Resources and the stages of Implementation Strategic dictions in the Oil ministry?
In order to achieve the goal of this study ,the researcher used a theoretically and practically methods.
So ,part one devoted to contain the basic concepts and principles of the two variables that has been mentioned to before .
Part two contain the application of the research variables in the Oil ministry.
The executive managers of ministry regarded as a sample for the research .The questionnaire used to collect the necessary data the research needs. That data has been analyzed by statistical methods , and proved the rightful of the supposed model. Then we sagest alfa mode to Implemented in the Oil ministry.
