Abstract

The Code of Criminal Procedure of Iraq sets out a general path for all crimes in respect of the proceedings of the criminal proceedings, the parties submitted to them, the investigation carried out on them, the transition to the trial stage and its proceedings, and the conclusion of judgments and their execution.
