Principle of legitimacy and its effect on the control of administration works

Abstract

The public employment is a national mandate and social service aimed at the public interest and service of citizens in the light of the legal in force rules, and the objectives of the administrative employment in the society and the state is to achieve the public interest by satisfying public needs through the state institutions and public administrative facilities. However, in order to achieve the goals within legal principles and public interests the administration is often in direct contact with the rights and freedoms of individuals, which is a serious and permanent threat to the legal system, individual’s rights and freedoms and violation of the principle of legal legitimacy that control the administration, as the works of the illegitimate administration resulting in the establishment of administrative and judicial disputes between them and individuals, which necessitates the calls for the movement of all
