The philosophy of dissolving Parliament (comparative analytical study)
Abstract
Abstract: The solution is a procedure that ends the parliament’s mandate before the end of the specified period for it, and it is as a procedure that does not constitute a goal in itself but rather a means of returning to the people through elections to know their opinion on a specific issue, as this opinion crystallizes according to the results of the elections in terms of support for one of the parties to the conflict if there is A dispute between a group of parties, or the support of a certain party that takes a position on amending the constitution, regardless of whether this opinion is in favor or against, and do not forget the cases in which the solution is not based on an explicit or specific reason in the constitution, so the political authority uses it to gain popular support for it and increase the majority Parliament, in these and many other cases, it is expected that those who come up with the results of the elections will take the appropriate position as a representative of the people .Therefore, the solution is consistent with the philosophy of parliamentary systems, and even confirms it by respecting the will of the people by referring to it whenever serious and important issues arise. It seems better to refer to him to stand directly on his opinion on the subject, and this opinion is evident through the election result. "Downloads
