Diplomacy of Imam Ali in non-international armed conflicts (Battle of Siffin as a model)
Abstract
Abstract: The Islamic state suffered from non-international armed conflicts, but the most prominent of them was during the time of the government of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, the most obvious of which was the defection of the (Qastin) against his government, as all the conditions for a non-international armed conflict were met in terms of land controlled by the dissident group, leadership and organization, and in all military rebellions We find that these separatists are the ones who want war, and the Commander of the Faithful is trying his best to impose peace, avoid war, and give priority to the method of dialogue until the dissenters start it. His battles were the strongest party and the most chance of victory.Downloads
