Abstract: We are examining the conceptual framework of the proceedings for the renewal of the executive force of judicial decisions, by describing their characteristics and defining them, and what are the specific characteristics of the proceedings for renewal, and whether there are reasonable legal grounds for the Iraqi judiciary to accept their consideration, because it is clear and well known that the final judicial judgement, which has lasted for seven years and has not been carried out, detracts from its executive force, resulting in the loss of the procedural right of the judge to execute that provision.
