Analysis of the violent crimes of the US invasion of Iraq and a criminological point of view

Abstract

:    Violent crimes are among the serious crimes that occur against people through acts that are characterized by severity and cruelty for the purpose of causing harm and damage to lives or money. Sons of the Iraqi people and practiced intimidation without any mercy or judicial orders, violating all international laws and norms and what was stipulated in the human rights regulations, as the American forces and their allied forces practiced, from the first moments of the fall of Baghdad, to the displacement of families and the spread of panic and terrorism by imposing many of the Iraqi people into Prisons as a result of resisting the occupation or by standing up to it, and where the US forces committed serious crimes as they affect the lives, freedoms and dignity of citizens, such as murder, kidnapping, rape, sodomy and displacement, which criminology and the Iraqi Penal Code considered as serious crimes and a criminal phenomenon whose causes must be investigated and the factors that contributed to it identified. its composition and the penalties

prescribed for it.       Accordingly, we divide the current research into five demands. The first demand: an analysis of the violent crimes of the American invasion, and the second demand: the motives of the American occupation of Iraq in 2003. The third demand: violent crimes from the point of view of criminology, and the fourth demand: the position of Iraqi law on crime and violence. The fifth demand: The crimes of the American invasion. Each requirement included several branches that will be explained in detail later.
