Because the most important objectives of this research is to work to improve a lot of diversity through respecting you because you are active in the work of the authorities, in addition to knowing the importance of the time frame required to complete anything and the extent of its effectiveness in achieving diversity between the rights of the state and individuals, because of the dynamic and dynamic nature of this topic. .In UAE law, the time frame for criminal procedures is subject to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, which determines how quickly judicial procedures are completed and the rights of the accused and victims are guaranteed. Any unjustified delay is considered a violation of this scope and could lead to the cancellation of the criminal proceedings or the cancellation of the ruling issued.
