Abstract

The principle of good faith is one of the accepted principles of legal systems. This principle is characterized by multiple meanings. It is close to justice and equality. It is also multifunctional. It is sometimes a corrective approach in cases where the narrow application of the law leads to unacceptable results. Decision-makers reach reasonable conclusions in thorny and difficult issues in all these cases (good faith) leads to rationalization of results.
