International judicial integration Between Implementing international justice and impunity

Authors

Abstract

The principle of "judicial complementarily of the International Criminal Court" is a new concept for framing the relationship between the international and national criminal judiciaries. It means that the court is complementary to the national criminal judicial bodies, and only has jurisdiction when trials at the national level fail, which constitutes a restriction that limits its jurisdiction. From here came the idea of
the research, the focus of which is defining “judicial integration in accordance with the basic system of the court,” and identifying the undermining of the system and work of the court by some influential countries due to the conflict of their own interests with the application of international justice
