Abstract

Abstract : This study examines the role of environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia in providing legal protection for the environment and assesses whether these regulations are capable of achieving the goals of Vision 2030 in the environmental sector. The research focuses on highlighting the culture of environmental responsibility and its importance in achieving sustainable development, with a specific emphasis on the role of corporate social responsibility and its impact on the environment. The research methodology relies on theoretical analysis of the concept of legal protection for the environment and the role of
