Abstract
Cinema has often been a powerful tool for unveiling the functioning of Western legal systems, simultaneously providing topics for discussion about individual freedoms and universal concepts, such as equality, the rule of law, religious freedom, and labor rights, as well as issues such as federalism and land management.
