Abstract

When we talk about Venezuela politically and economically, we will be faced with a country that lacks deep diving by Arab political and economic researchers in general and Iraqis in particular, despite the role that this country plays, especially in the oil sector and the cautious diplomatic approach in dealing with international issues. It is successful in dealing with countries with socialist tendencies and orientations (being a socialist country) and in standing up to the capitalist approach, especially the United States of America. Since the founding of this country until today, it has been facing all American plans, whether in the Latin, European or Asian continents. How many times has it controlled the prices of the global oil market with its friends in OPEC, thereby causing a great burden to the United States of America, which in turn worked hard in every way to explore a way to deal with and overthrow this oil country, but all efforts, including the inciting coup operations, failed due to the existence of a strong policy that works to manage crises and problems internally and externally under the leadership of President Hugo Chavez, who, since coming to power, Venezuela has taken steps Urgently completing the process of internal (economy) and external (its relations and foreign policy with other countries), on this basis we decided to study that country in its political and economic aspects and the style of its foreign policy in dealing with other countries with international political and economic weight.
