Abstract

The description of the Arab “revolutions” that began in late 2010 and the beginning of 2011, which toppled dictatorial regimes in four countries, and established other similar alternative regimes on their ruins, as the “Arab Spring,” was not convincing enough for us, and therefore it was not Tempting, and therefore we were and still are longing for real change that the peoples of those countries deserve as a reward for their enormous sacrifices. From the beginning until this moment, we have not been able to comprehend and understand this description, which is widely used among Arab and foreign elites, and it seems to us that we will not understand it in order for me to adopt it as long as the political, social and economic situation in those countries remains as it is.
