يتناول هذا البحث قضايا صوتية مهمة في حدود الفواصل والوقوف في ضمن البناء اللغوي القرآني, من ذلك ظاهرتا (المماثلة والمخالفة) وهما من القضايا الصوتية المهمة في البحث الصوتي, وكذلك (تحقيق الهمزة وتسهيلها) وهما من القضايا الصوتية التي اهتم بها القدماء والمحدثون من علماء اللغة العربية وعلماء التجويد وأفردوا لها مباحث خاصة في مصنفاتهم.
