Copyright Notice
Authors retain the copyright to their works published on the journal's website, allowing unrestricted use such as distribution and reproduction of any article, provided that proper and clear citation to the original work is made.
The editorial board affirms commitment to copyright and intellectual property rights. Copyright is a legal right recognized by the law in all countries worldwide, ensuring fair use of publications and scientific works, including those of the Journal of Adab Al-Kufa.
The editorial board emphasizes the rights of authorship and copyright, which are forms of intellectual property applicable to certain forms of creative work under copyright law worldwide, providing legal protection. These rights often include copying, controlling derivative work, distribution, public performance, and moral rights such as attribution.
The purpose of the intellectual property protection system is to foster research and development, provide information for the advancement of knowledge, increase investment incentives, encourage innovations, and promote scientific excellence.
One of the important legal aspects emphasized by the editorial board is that the author, the person who publishes the scientific work, is attributed to it, either by mentioning their name on the work or by any other means.
The purpose of protecting the author or the scientific work published on our journal's pages is to promote progress and innovation. Authors or creators are allowed to profit from their efforts by granting them exclusive rights to control this work without copyright, any scientific work created can be freely copied by others. This means that there will be very little incentive to invest effort in writing research. Therefore, copying or attributing any part published on the journal's pages to any other person without referring to the original text writer and author of the text, and indicating the name of the journal, its issue, the year of publication of the research, and its pages, is not allowed.
