Author Guidelines

Author's Guide:

The journal aims to attract as many authors and researchers as possible seeking to publish their research on its pages, website, and electronic platform. Therefore, the editorial board directs all efforts to overcome obstacles for researchers from various Arab and foreign countries. Accordingly, the following steps have been established:

Source and Reference Documentation Guide:

- The researcher submits their research electronically through the journal platform, providing their full name, academic title, email, institutional affiliation (place of work), in both Arabic and English.
- The font type (Times New Roman) for the text and margins should be size 14, with the margin size being 12, and the line spacing set at 1.5.
- The researcher includes a summary in both Arabic and English languages, regardless of the language of the research, containing the purpose, methods, and main results of the research, not exceeding ten lines.
- The research includes keywords in both Arabic and English, not less than five words related to the research topic.
- Source and reference documentation follow the Chicago system.
- The editorial board reserves the right to determine the publication date according to the priority system.
- The research is not returned to the researcher if two scientific experts decide it is not suitable for publication.

Regarding the steps for submitting research through the journal's electronic platform, the researcher follows these steps:

- The research to be published on the journal's pages is submitted through registration on the journal platform and its website.
- After completing the registration process, the researcher creates a publication request, fills in all required fields, and attaches an electronic copy of the research.
- The research is received by the editorial board, and an editor from the editorial board members is assigned to review it. An electronic notification is sent to the researcher upon receiving their research.
- The researcher pays the publication fees.
- The research is sent to two reviewers specialized in the research topic.
- The researcher is electronically informed of sending the research to the reviewers.
- After completing the evaluation by the scientific reviewers, the feedback is sent to the researcher via email.
- The researcher is obligated to adhere to the reviewers' comments and correct their research accordingly.
- After the corrections are made by the researcher, the research is resubmitted through the journal platform to the editorial board, and the corrected version of the research is presented to the reviewers again to assess the researcher's compliance with their comments and consider their opinions.
- The researcher receives a publication acceptance notification via email, and the determination of the issue in which the research will be published remains with the editorial board, considering the sequence and priority of submitting research.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
