التغيرات الحاصلة في وزن الجسم وصورة الدم بتأثير حقن
Abstract
تم تصميم الدراسة الحالية لتوضيح التأثيرات التي يسببها الحقن بمانع الحمل Depot medroxyprogesteron acetate (DMPA) في وزن الجسم وصورة الدم . أنجزت الدراسة في مستشفى الولادة والأطفال/محافظة النجف. ضمت الدراسة) 25) امرأة معالجة بهذه الحقن بعمر الإنجاب (22-49)سنة وتراوحت أوزانهن مابين (40-69)كغم و( 25) امرأة طبيعية لتمثل مجموعة السيطرة .وبينت النتائج انخفاضا معنويا ((p<0.01 في وزن الجسم وتركيز الهيموغلوبين وإعداد الصفيحات الدموية، بينما شهد معدل ترسيب خلايا الدم الحمر والعدد الكلي لخلايا الدم البيض ارتفاعا معنويا (p<0.01). أما زمن التخثر فانه لم يظهر تغيرا معنويا.
