دراسة طيفية حول تأثر المبيد الحشري البايروثرويدي التترامثرين مع ايون الكوبالت في النبات وتأثيرها الكبير على النظام البيئي
Abstract
اثبت طيف الأشعة البنفسجية وجود تأثر للمبيد الحشري البايروثرودي التترامثرين مع ايون الكوبالت الثنائي II))Co مما يشير إلى تكوين معقد من خلال إزاحة الطول ألموجي للامتصاص الأعظم للمركبCoSO4.7H2O( 512 _ 479) نانوميتر لمعقد ( الكوبالت _ التترامثرين) ,كما دلت القياسات الطيفية للأشعة فوق البنفسجية على حدوث هذا التأثر من خلال النقصان في قيم معاملات لامتصاص المولاري لمركب الكوبالت في مزيج( الكوبالت _ التترامثرين) وكانت مساوية إلى ( 3000 )لتر.مول- 1.سم-1 في حين كانت للكوبالت و التترامثرين لوحده مساوية إلى ( 6960 ( , ) 135500 )لتر.مول- 1.سم-1 حيث كان التركيز المأخوذ مساويا إلى (10-4 ,10-5 ) مولا ري لكل من للكوبالت و التترامثرين على التوالي.
