تحضير نترات السليلوز المستخدمة للأغراض المدنية من بدائل محلية متوفرة
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث تحضير نموذج من نترات السليلوز المستخدمة للاغراض المدنية وذلك بأستخدام "جريد النخيل" كمادة اولية متوفرة، من خلال: عملية تحلل مائي أولي بدرجة (106) م° لمدة (60) دقيقة ثم غسل بمادة الايثانول النقي بدرجة(30) م° وبأستخدام NaOH (1%) وبدرجة (60ْ) م° ثم معاملة المادة بمحلول (NaOH) (18%) وبدرجة (25ْ) مْ ولمدة 15 دقيقة وأجريت عملية النترنة على المادة المعاملة بأستخدام وسيط نترنة ثلاثي مكون من ( حامض الكبريتيك المركز والنتريك المركز والماء).
تم تثبيت المادة الناتجة كيمياويا بأجراء معاملة مائية بوسط حامضي ضعيف (5.5)pH لمدة (3)ساعة و (100ْ) م° ثم بوسط مائي قاعدي لمدة (1) ساعة وبدرجة(100) م° شُخصت المادة المحضرة بأستخدام تقنية FT – IR وكذلك فحوصات درجة الانصهار والاذابة بمذيبات مختلفة وحرق المادة.
