Abstract

It follows that it is entitled to victim to claim compensation for the damage it had suffered as a result of the attack on his right to his image, but his claim for compensation may encounter difficulties is to determine the law applicable to the relationship involving the law on foreign element, especially if dispersed elements located establishing the commitment in more than one country or in the case of raising the assault.
