Marriage that complements the eligibility of a minor in Iraqi law- An analytical study

Abstract: The topic of the research revolves around the distinguished young man who completed fifteen years of age, and married with the permission of the court, as the law on the care of minors took him out of its scope, and considered him fully qualified, and this was supported by the Iraqi legal jurisprudence, and then I considered him fully competent in matters of marriage and in other financial transactions, And all his actions are effective without being Suspended with the permission of his guardian. However, the Iraqi judiciary has a vacillating position on this matter. Some courts did not support the opinion of jurisprudence and considered it fully competent in matters of marriage only, while the Federal Court of Cassation supported the opinion of jurisprudence in many of its decisions and considered him fully competent in all financial transactions.
