Abstract

The formation of a parliamentary body that represents the hopes of the people and expresses their aspirations and hopes is only possible if the constitutional oversight body is recognized as having the authority to adjudicate any issue or objection raised regarding the commitment of the members of this body to the provisions of the law and the irrevocable ruling on the validity of the work they do, foremost among which is the legitimacy of their representation of the people, considering that this body, to which the constitution has assigned this authority without being challenged by another body, is the most capable of guaranteeing the right of voters to choose their representatives and ruling to restore sovereignty from them in the event of their failure to fulfill their parliamentary duties, considering that it rules in the name of the constitution, which is the supreme expression of popular sovereignty, with its inherent impartiality and independence, and the strength of its decisions that are absolute and not subject to any method of review.
