The effect of a rehabilitation program according to Rome IV indicators on some biochemical variables for people with irritable bowel syndrome.

The researcher touched on the biochemical variables of those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome and its effect on the psychological state. Exercising has a major role in raising the levels of the hormone serotonin and fatty acids. Therefore, movement is considered one of the necessities of the organism’s body. Exercise has positive effects on the individual’s health, and here the importance of research using Low-intensity physical exercises and knowing the extent of their effect on the level of the hormone serotonin, as the higher the level of the hormone, the less symptoms. The researcher used the experimental method for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, which had three groups, where the first group used drug therapy with physical exercises, the second group used physical exercises only, and the third group used drug therapy. There were ten infected people in each experimental group. The duration of the experimental curriculum was eight weeks, with five training units per week. The total of the experimental units in the curriculum was (40) training units. The researcher used the SPSS statistical package after the post-tests for the three groups.
