The Effect of Artificial Intelligence–Based Preventive Exercises on Developing Motor Balance and Reducing Ankle Joint Injuries Among Volleyball Players

This research aims to identify the effect of rehabilitation exercises supported by artificial intelligence software on improving static and dynamic balance and reducing ankle injuries among volleyball players. The experimental method with a pre-post design for one group was used, involving players who suffer from balance weakness or have a previous history of ankle injuries. A comprehensive rehabilitation program was implemented based on motion analysis and real-time feedback provided by intelligent software. The results showed a significant improvement in balance indicators and a noticeable decrease in the recurrence of injuries. The study concludes that integrating artificial intelligence into sports rehabilitation represents an effective approach that contributes to developing more accurate and efficient therapeutic and preventive strategies
