The study dealt with a methodological phenomenon characterized by uniqueness and modernity in modern and contemporary Arabic poetry, namely, that the title of the text is presented in a question form. The great poet Mahmoud Darwish was almost unique in this stylistic phenomenon. The study aimed to examine the semantic manifestations of the titles, The dialectical relationship between title and text. The researcher found a variety of patterns of title questions, which were associated semantically with the text, as they were included in the poetic texts, as a focal point generated by the text as in the poem (Dream, what is?), As contained in the narrative of my poetry biography, (Why did you leave the horse alone?), While it came in the same narrative context to depict the collapsed and disintegrated reality, to raise the question of existence and freedom in my poem (How often does our command end ...) and (They did not ask: What is behind death? ?) On this basis the poems were analyzed to reveal the semantic manifestations of the title question.
