Abstract

            Population studies are of great importance at the present time, and that importance has doubled when the world felt that some of its contemporary problems are related to the population and its growth, directly or indirectly, and that knowing the number of the population is necessary to know their basic needs and the extent of the efficiency of the services provided to them, and then diagnose The case of deprivation, where the study revealed an important aspect, which is urban growth through the various stages in the study area after the population increase witnessed by the city centers in Najaf Governorate.
