Abstract

Omission is a prominent phenomenon in the Qur’anic text, and it is one of the means The syntactic coherence that researchers in textual linguistics have paid great attention to; As it works on the coherence and interdependence of the text, and this is done by restoring the deleted and referring to what fills the void left by the deletion. The task of restoring the deleted and referring to it rests with the recipient, who is the one who decodes the text and extracts what is in it according to his culture and horizon. Text scholars divide omission into three categories: nominal omission, actual omission, and sentence omission (saying). The research will trace the origins of these sections in the verses of the call to the prophets to find out the effect of the omission in the interdependence of its superficial structure, and in drawing the nice images and the precise meanings that the recipient can reach. As the deletion raises his thought and makes him discover those meanings .
