Abstract

The drama is a line that we cannot bypass, and it is credited with making the short story comprehensive in that it is a literary and prose text that receives drama because of the dramatic elements that qualify it for this. To broaden the horizon of prose in the short story In particular, the Iraqi, and more precisely as a model, we took from the stories of the creative Iraqi writer Muhammad Khudair as our literary material and dealt with the drama through the methodology of description and analysis, which simulates the social and artistic reality in Iraq, which is not devoid of imagination and symbolism, and then a detailed pause about the short story and its emergence. The dramatic elements in the texts of its texts simulate the bitter, fluctuating reality in Iraq. It was necessary to dive into the depths of these stories and dismantle them to taste the dramatic joints in them and to show the clear impact of them on the Iraqi story and make it a literary text suitable for excellent narrative drama.
