Abstract

morality and law are the two controlling factors of human behavior that are correlated with one another. the relationship between ethics and law is one of the most important issues in the philosophy of law. ethics plays a role in shaping rights. The range of ethical tasks is immense; on one side is rooted in religion, and on the other hand, the fields of etiquette are harmonized. It is an internal inhibitor factor and an external inhibitor factor. If society wants happiness and public satisfaction, it needs discipline and management, and that will not be achieved unless they are complementary to one another. The health and growth of human society also require an addition.

the present study tries to explain the relation of human rights and morality in the right of shia and sunni narratives. also in this article, the views of the opponents and the proponents about the relationship of law and ethics have been raised and the funds and the sharing of these two categories are stated.
