Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of each factor: one of the six major personality factors for unemployed graduates (each worker independently).

The relationship between the six major personality factors (independently) and psychological empowerment among unemployed graduates.

- Statistically significant differences in the correlation between the six major factors of personality (independently) and psychological empowerment according to the variable of sex and duration of unemployment.
