Spatial analysis of the anchor structures services in Al-Haidarya district

Abstract

The anchor structures represent one of the tools of spatial development policies, due to its importance in attracting investments and creating an appropriate environment for productive economic activities, and that any weakness in its levels entails additional costs for development projects, so their availability in the spatial space of Al-Haidarya is an investment factor that effectively contributes to the development of Human settlements and creating various opportunities to attract new activities. It is imperative that equal access to this type of services is to reduce the development gap between the components of the sub-district on the one hand and between urban and rural areas at the level of the functional region of the region on the other hand. The focal structures are also one of the necessities of life that are not correct without them, as they play a fundamental role in enhancing the quality of life of individuals in any place, whether governmental or private institutions, and raising the level of the anchor structures is a vital factor for social and   economic transformation.
