Abstract

The essence of the idea of   representation in a contract is based on the substitution of the will of a person (the representative) in the place of the will of another person, which is (the principal) in concluding a specific contract, provided that the effects of the contract go to the rights and obligations of the principal without passing through the responsibility of the representative.  One image, but its images are many and differ according to the source of the prosecution that created it, which is why a person may undertake legal actions of all kinds directly on his own behalf, or to act on behalf of others in carrying out them, so the representation in the contract is only a means to carry out a legal act  It is a matter of obtaining a lot and many resort to it in special cases, according to what the law stipulates in the matter of representation in the contract.
