Every idea or creation that results in an invention is considered an innovation that entails the entitlement to granting a patent and being covered by legal protection. The condition of novelty must also be met, which means that the invention is new and no one has ever used it or applied for a patent in it, or it has actually happened. This means that the patent is granted to the new, unfamiliar industrial product itself or to the method of its manufacture, and it is not granted for a theoretical idea or a scientific principle that did not reach the level of invention
