The research dealt with how to sort the common funds among the partners by drawing lots in Islamic law, and because of the large number of this type of ownership in the community, and the need for the owners to dispose of their properties and end the common and work on the competence of the partner and his uniqueness in the money alone without restriction or condition and without preventing him from disposing In his property there is an objection. The Islamic Shari’a has established these methods for ending the shared property by placing some restrictions that limit the owner’s authority in dealing with it and ending it in a way that does not conflict with the interests of others, and clarifying some cases that prevent the disposal of the shared property and dividing it according to the different types of division, approving the shared funds and ending the commons delegated Sharia is pure and clear provisions to prevent the partners from abuse of the rights of others, as detailed in the research
The research has dealt with the concept of lottery and its legitimacy in the Qur’an and Sunnah, as well as an explanation of the most important opinions that the technicians are sick with in sub-parity, and a statement of the legal ruling for it to treat rain on money from harm
The researcher reached a number of results by delving into this research to address these cases happened to money
