Abstract

The working class in Iran was the product of difficult and turbulent pains from the political, economic, social and intellectual conditions that Iran witnessed during the nineteenth century, which was represented by the internal tyrannical interests of the Qajar rulers, and the colonial interventions of Britain and Russia, which generated a group of revolutionary institutions organized according to their common interests and goals, and framed their participants towards modernization and progress And catch up with the wheel of Western civilization and keep pace with its industrial revolution, and achieve a luxurious life like the peoples of that civilization, depending on qualified workforce to manage the operations of the means of production and to take the reins of leadership in the economic and political field, and to chart the steps of reform required to bring about radical changes in Iranian society, so that the general conditions of Iran are affected by the changes surrounding it. She was attracted to it for the fairness of the working class and the increase of its contribution by building factories and implementing projects
