The arbitrator and the similar are among the topics of the sciences of the Qur’an and its main research, its importance has emerged due to the position it occupied in the path of research, interpretation and legal deduction in general and the creed in particular, as the arbitrator and the similar have a common origin in interpretation, jurisprudence, its origins, beliefs, and hadith, so his research was abundant . According to the imams (peace be upon them) and scholars from the exegetes and theologians, in its importance the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family) says: Learn the Qur’an, and learn its strangeness, and its strangeness: its obligations, and its limits. And similar, and proverbs, so work with the lawful, and leave the forbidden, and work with the arbitrator, and leave the similar, and consider the proverbs
Also, the failure to return the similar to the arbitrator leads to an incorrect understanding that leads to a legal problem of doctrinal, as in the cases of embodiment, and leads to contradiction and difference in the interpretation of the verses of the Noble Qur’an and distance from the truth that must be followed. And he carried it to its meaning without making it contradict what the Almighty said in the description of the arbitrators (they are the mother of the book) and the mother: She is the one from which it begins and to it is its reference.
