Woman's Rights in Islamic Thought: Sayyed Mohammed H. Fadlullah as an Example

Woman has an important human role in the progress of life that results from misery, sensing, feeling and unlimited movement. Woman witnessed different challenges and historical complexities in her life including being suppressed by others and their bad treatment as well as their negative conceptions about her and her humanity. The researcher thinks that Sayyed Mohammed H. Fadlullah is one of the contemporary thinkers who defended the human rights of women. Therefore, I selected him as an example because he dealt with such aspects deeply and comprehensively. He started his tackling of woman's rigts from a humanistic basis. He originated his idea in Islam which focused on the humanity of woman and it is not so different from the humanity of man.
