It is also known that the psychological pressures a person is exposed to from various stimuli and various sources, including the influences of the external environment, whether it be the work environment, the study environment, or society as a whole. Psychological pressures and how they can be confronted and addressed, as well as the
stages of these pressures and the types that consist of them must be known in order to identify how these pressures can be dealt with.
