Abstract

Civil litigation consists of a set of judicial procedures, which aim to settle the dispute and bring down the rule of law on it.  Defects .

The litigation represents a set of procedures, which constitute the practical or executive part of exercising the right to obtain judicial protection, for the right that has been attacked on the ground, and litigation is complex in terms of its composition, because it is a set of legal acts that are taken before the judiciary and the first of them is the judicial claim  Then it continues its procedures one after the other, until it reaches its natural end, by issuing the judgment.
