Abstract

There are many human demands in life, so there is a need for the existence of ties that link a person with the society in which he lives. These relationships arise as a result of several events, some of which are related to the bonds of individuals and are dominated by the principle of the authority of the will, while others relate to the individual’s relationship with the state and are governed by the principle of public authority. And if the constitutional law deals with the form of the state and its system of government, the organization of its public authorities and the rights and freedoms of individuals towards it, and the political system means that it is the system of government in the state
