If he is discerning or not in all behaviors except in cases of exceptions, the question is: What is the rule of the law regarding the exceptions that prevent a boy from acting? Is it possible to extend to other topics or not? Within the discussion of jurisprudential texts and the study of civil laws, the researcher believes that the condition in the necessary provisions is puberty, and the resources are exceptions that are not related to the necessary provisions, but are related to the statutory and mandatory provisions that are not necessary.
