The life of Sheikh Aqa Buzurg Tehrani in Samarra and a study in his book " Hadiyat al-Razi” to the Mujaddid Shirazi "

Abstract

Sheikh Aqa Buzurg Tehrani spent in Samarra the brightest periods of his life full of scientific achievements, as he spent most of his attention in research, classification, and other scientific endeavors, and among the most prominent fruits were his two eternal encyclopedias "The Pretext to the Classifications of Shiites" and "Layers of Shiite Flags" among eleven important monuments provided by the Islamic Library in many scientific disciplines.

This study tried to shed light on an important impact of the effects of Sheikh Tehrani, namely the book "The gift of Razi to the renovator Shirazi" by presenting his approach and analyzing its content, in some detail, and interviewing with his counterparts from the books of the Sheikh to find out the cases of similarity and difference and underline the anecdotes of scientific jokes in which the Sheikh made a period of time and abundant effort. A brief comparative study was conducted for the three books "Al-Razi's Gift to the Shirazi Mujaddid..." And "Shiite media layers." and "The liquidator of the article in the compilers of men's science...." In which adequate translations of flags and virtues from different centuries were presented, the Sheikh's methodology was preserved in a manner of logical reasoning and historical investigation and highlighting the nature of the relationship between the three books in terms of general and particular and in terms of origin and branching. In it, he reached important conclusions, such as controlling the duration of writing the book "Al-Razi's Gift...." And to address all possible possibilities to advance the claim for the extension of the period of his composition to fifty years. The study also revealed the diversity of Sheikh Tehrani's activity in Samarra, between teaching and completing the administrative costs of renovating the Shirazi school and establishing its library. And other results such as studying the justifications for the lack of scholars on Sheikh Tehrani in the investigations of jurisprudence and assets despite his scientific briefing on the demands of seminary teaching.
