Abstract

The importance of codification is no less important than the rest of the sciences in human society - it is not dumping - but rather it is the most important science and the one most needed by nations, and how not when it restricts all sciences, and if it were not for it, no science would have been established and no information would have been transmitted between nations, hence the importance of this research, which sought In the first place, to clarify the factors that influenced it, including social, political and cultural. Notation is not a new issue in Arabic literature. In the pre-Islamic era, it existed, and at the beginning of America, in a specific and primary form. With regard to the issue of codification and the method of its development, pre-Islamic poetry passed through two important stages of its writing.
